NITE Talent Development for Internet of Things Was Formally Initiated in Jiangsu and Zhejiang

[CSIP News] On Dec. 12, NITE Talent Development for Internet of Things was formally initiated in Jiangsu and Zhejiang. Mr. Qu Dawei, Deputy Director of CSIP, Mr. Chen Junning, expert in core electron device, high-end universal chip, and basic software product, and Mr. Yang Bo, Director of Electronic Information Industry Department of Nanjing Economy and Informationization Committee, attended the Initiating Ceremony.

NITE is a talent development project for information technology launched nationwide by CSIP on Jan. 1, 2006. It aims to establish and improve national public service platform for information technology talents for investigating corporate talent demand, publishing majors and numbers of talent demand, realizing dynamic management of talent supply and demand, and cultivating talents for key fields and reserving applied talents for industrial development through multiple channels in form of university-enterprise cooperation, order-form training, expertise training, and joint laboratory construction based on national experimental side, new-type industrial demonstration base, software park, colleges and universities.

Both parties take normalized talent training system as the criteria and teaching resource construction and teacher cultivation as the core by virtue of their respective advantages. Based on the NITE talent development in Jiangsu and Zhejiang, more excellent talents would be cultivated to make greater contribution to Internet of Things in China.
